Pick Six Carryover Of $850,000 At Hollywood Park - 05-21-07
May 21 - There is a double carryover for the Pick 6 at Hollywood Park's next race meeting on Wednesday, May 23. The huge carry over of $850,466 should ensure plenty of interest in the Pick Six.
There were some big ticket upsets on Saturday and Sunday, although going into the last race on Sunday one live ticket was held on Candygram who led until the final stride of the race!
That ticket would have scooped the entire Pick Six pool and one punter would have won the $850k but instead the race was won on the line by Warren's Kitten ensuring that there were no winning tickets.
Sunday's pick six started with a 70/1 winner in the first leg, which presumably eliminated most tickets right off the bat.
Wednesday's Pick Six will start in the third race on the card, which means there will be four races on dirt and two tricky contests on the turf to navigate for intrepid bettors.
